Business Analyst / Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager

Working hours :  from 9:30 to 18:30 with 1.5 lunch hours ( Mon – Fri )

Responsibilities

• Designing and enhancing functionalities for financial trading systems to meet evolving business and operational needs.
• Prepare functional specifications, workflow diagrams, user stories, and UI logic to support system design.
• Work closely with development teams to clarify requirements and ensure accurate implementation
• Develop test cases, conduct SIT, support UAT, and verify issue resolutions.
• Creating and maintaining system process documentation, test scripts, user guides, and delivering training when required.
• Coordinate project timelines and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for system enhancements and rollout.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior BusinessAnalyst:

• Leadership & Mentoring:Guiding and reviewing the work of junior BAs.

• Stakeholder Management: Proactively managing relationships with more senior business leaders.

• Strategic Input: Moving beyond just "gathering" requirements to "eliciting" and "shaping" them, influencing the product roadmap.

• Decision Making: Making more independent decisions on requirement approaches and solution design.

• Handling Complexity: Taking on the most complex, ambiguous, and high-impact business problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in banking, FinTech vendor or technology solution provider environment.
• Strong organisational, analytical, and documentation abilities, with a solid capacity to interpret complex business workflows and system behaviour.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for engaging both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.

• Candidates with more extensive project experience may be considered for Project Manager responsibilities.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
