Key Responsibilities:

• Client and Vendor Financial Analysis: Collaborate with business teams to manage and analyze client billing and vendor payment processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Reconciliation Management: Engage with business teams to follow up on settlements and conduct detailed vendor reconciliations, providing insights for financial optimization.
• Report and Analysis Preparation: Assist in preparing comprehensive reports and analyses for local and regional management, offering strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance.
• Financial Planning and Support: Contribute to month-end closing procedures, forecasting, budgeting, and audits, utilizing analytical skills to support strategic financial planning.
• Project Involvement: Participate in ad hoc assignments, applying analytical thinking to drive project success and support business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Analytical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Adaptable and Committed: Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines and objectives.
