Business Analyst (ERP)

Responsibilities

• Maintain Master data to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Troubleshoot ERP issues and provide timely user support
• Prepare reports and support management with data analysis
• Assist in ERP system testing, upgrades, and documentation
• Assist infrastructure support duties occasionally
• Require regular remote communication and collaboration

Requirements

• Background in trading or related industry, with understanding of business process flows
• Involvement in supporting IT systems, preferably ERP systems (SAP Business One is an advantage)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL; familiarity with VBA, MS Access, or Python is a plus
• Exposure to data analysis and reporting tools
• Educational background in business or IT is beneficial, though not mandatory
• 3-5 years of relevant experience

Candidate must be:

• Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative personality with good interpersonal & communication skill.
• High integrity and reliable. Able to work under pressure.
• Eager to learn and quick to adapt.
• Business-driven mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
• Willing travel and stay in China/Overseas.
