Business Analyst (Banking/ Open to FG)

Our client is the company which is engaged in the business of banking sector in Hong Kong. They are seeking a Business Analyst and are responsible for identifying business system requirements and implementing enhancements.

Responsibilities:

Identify business system requirements

Implement enhancements or changes in electronic payment systems arising from industry or regulatory requirements, or work with business owners and end users

Work with users to identify system needs and produce specifications for the system requirement

Contribute to process reengineering according to long-term strategic directions

Establish detailed test acceptance procedures, conduct joint testing with end users

Provide users training and document the user procedures

Provide production support to business owners and end users

Liaise with various internal teams for the most effective and efficient solutions

Requirements:

Solid experience in using statistical tools/SQL/Access/Excel

Strong relationship management with a drive to deliver top quality solutions

Ability to build and manage successful relationships with counterparts, vendors and IT team
