Business Analyst (Banking, Open to FG)

Our client, the first nationwide state-owned joint-stock commercial bank in China, with Head Office located in Shanghai.

Responsibilities:

Identify business system requirements and implement enhancements or changes in electronic payment systems arising from industry or regulatory requirements, or work with business owners and end users

Work with users to identify system needs and produce specifications for the system requirement and contribute to process reengineering according to long-term strategic directions

Establish detailed acceptance test procedures, conduct joint testing with end users, provide users training and document the user procedures

Liaise with various internal teams for the most effective and efficient solutions

Requirements:

Proficient in using statistical tools/SQL/Access/Excel

Provide production support to business owners and end users

Strong relationship management with a drive to deliver top quality solutions, and ability to build and manage successful relationships with counterparts, vendors and IT team
