Business Analyst（banking）

Job Duties:

-identify the UAT scope, develop UAT strategy and deliver test plans to ensure alignment

with overall project scope and planning.

- Perform UAT, execute the UAT test scripts and provide UAT support to business units

(BUs).

- Keep track and timely report UAT progress, status, risks, and issues to the project team

and management.

- Participate in application systems projects, including requirement, system design,

programming, testing, implementation, documentation and support, for new and

maintenance projects (such as API, EUC, etc.).

-Review and manage all phases of the project including requirements gathering,

development, UAT and deployment.

-Participate and manage the live verification test to ensure successful production release.

-Deliver documentation with banking standards.

- Perform business data analytics through SQL and BI tools/Excel.

- Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

- Develop programs using SQL, MS excel/access, and JavaScript.

-Assist in project management for the Governance & Transformation Team.

Requirement:

- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,

Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines. ·

- 2 – 5 years’ experience in Project Coordination/ Project Management and vendor

management of IT-related projects is preferable.

- Experience in the banking & financial sector is required.

-Hands-on experience in banking/ IT-related projects.

- Proficient in SQL, VBA, Excel, JavaScript.

-Experience in delivering UAT-relevant documentation in line with banking standards.

-Knowledge of financial crime & compliance or anti-money laundering is preferable.

-Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
