Business Analysis Manager - SAP

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough analysis of the existing SAP and OA system and plan for further efficiency enhancement.
• Act as one of the key leaders in SAP implementation project for one of the group companies through extensive business requirements studies.
• Drive coordination between the business users, internal IT team and external technology partners to support the new system's implementation, testing and rollout.
• Manage SAP implementation projects including data migration, system testing and go-live activities.
• Provide post-implementation support and deliver continuous improvement recommendations to optimize system performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or other related disciplines.
• Solid business background and good experience in manufacturing and FMCG industries.
• Solid business analysis experience in customization and configuration of SAP systems to align with FMCG-specific workflows and KPIs.
• Sound cross functional knowledge in SAP modules such as FICO, PP, MM, SD …etc.
• SAP ABAP coding knowledge would be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and solid experience in ERP implementation is essential.
• Team players with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to PRC is required.
