Building Surveyor

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Surveying or related discipline
• Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) Building Surveying Division or Surveyor registered under the Surveyors Registration Ordinance in the division of Building Surveying
• Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Carry out A&A and other building projects according to statutory and client’s requirement
• To assist in planning, preparation of feasibility studies, preparation of tender documents & specifications
• To attend design meetings, site meetings / inspections and all other meetings of relevant projects
• Liaise with Clients, Contractors and  co-ordinate with other internal parties including structural engineers and E&M engineers
