BI Project Manager | Finance Transformation | 45k+

We are looking for a BI Project Manager to be part of our large-scale digital transformation project. You will be instrumental in migrating complex multidimensional data models for our finance data migration projects to help the team overcome performance limitations and deliver high-impact reporting solutions.

Role Summary:

As a BI Project Manager, you will lead the design, migration, and optimization of SSAS solutions integrated with Power BI in an on-premises setup. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the reporting infrastructure is scalable, secure, and future-ready. Your contributions will play a vital role in the success of our enterprise-wide digital transformation efforts, driving operational improvements and enabling key business decisions through effective collaboration and analytical problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build SSAS multidimensional models aligned with Power BI best practices.
• Migrate Power BI data models to SSAS to overcome performance constraints.
• Configure SSAS server connections to Oracle databases using SSL certificates and native connectivity (non-ODBC).
• Manage SSAS model version control and deploy across testing and production environments.
• Monitor and optimize SSAS performance to ensure system stability and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Power BI and SSAS (Multidimensional), with strong skills in data modeling and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience with SSAS migration and Oracle DB connectivity using SSL certificates.
• Solid SQL skills and familiarity with version control and deployment in offline or private cloud environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English or Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
