Beauty Med-spa Sales Manager

Scope:
Sales Manager is responsible for efficient running and profitability of the clinic, whilst taking into account all beauty standards and client services are carried out.

Responsibilities:
SALES:
- Ensure daily operation runs smoothly and responsible for achieving outlet sales target
- Promote range of beauty services and packages to customers
CUSTOMER SERVICE:
- Maintain high standards of customer service, manage merchandise and counter presentation
- Address customers; enquiries and concerns
- Responsible for outlet service standards and overall customer satisfaction
- Able to provide professional consultation and aesthetic treatments
MANAGEMENT:
- Able to lead a team of beauticians with day to day function and in achieving target
- Work closely with management to optimize all aspects of staff performance and development

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of working experience in retail operations in beauty industry or as an Outlet/Branch Manager or Senior Sales Consultant in a beauty clinic
- Must be self-motivated, results and sales driven and independent
- Good leadership and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, hardworking, service minded and well organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills
- Training provided

Language: English, Cantonese required and Mandarin preferred

Attractive salary (basic+ commission+bonus)

4.5 working days per week

Off on Sundays + 1 Weekly Day Off

Working hours 11am-8pm on weekdays, 10am-5pm on Saturdays
