We're looking for individuals who:

  1. Have knowledge and experience in baking/pastry/viennoisseries
  2. Share our passion of honing our craft and making high quality, good tasting doughs and pastries

  5. Work efficiently independently and collaboratively as a team

Responsibilities:

  1. Preparation of ingredients and can carry out daily duties according to tasks laid out by Head Chef.
  2. Assist with production of doughs and pastries according to the standards required.
  3. Able to manage own tasks independently and efficiently. Be aware and assist the team to complete the production together.
  4. Ensure presentation of food are of the highest quality at all times.
  5. Maintain top cleanliness, hygienic and safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in Bakery/ Pastry (Fresh graduate in Bakery/Pastry course is welcomed) with knowledge of baking and pastry making
  • Candidates with 4-5 years or more experience will be considered at Senior level with more managerial, independent tasks and higher pay
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, works efficiently, enjoys challenging yourself, manages well under pressure and a team player
  • Good command and understanding of English
  • Must have Hong Kong work permit
