Responsibilities:

• Generate new business for the firm by identifying potential clients, building relationships with key decision-makers, and developing proposals
• Lead and manage audit engagements for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm policies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
• Mentor and guide professional staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Identify opportunities for service expansion and contribute to business development initiatives
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to provide strategic insights to clients

Requirements:

• Holder of HKICPA’s CPA or equivalent, PC certification is an advantage
• Solid experience in managing IPOs and various types of audit engagements
• Proven track record of managing complex audit engagements and leading teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders
• A proactive approach to business development and a passion for driving growth
