Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Associate to provide essential support to Audit Associates and Audit Senior Associates in completing their daily audit tasks. This role will assist in preparing work papers, gathering documentation, performing preliminary audit procedures, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the timely and efficient completion of audits.

  • Assist Audit Associates and Seniors in planning and executing audit engagements by performing assigned audit tasks under supervision.
  • Support the preparation and organization of audit documentation and working papers.
  • Help gather and verify financial information and documents from clients.
  • Conduct initial analytical procedures and basic audit testing as directed.
  • Maintain clear and organized audit files to facilitate review and quality control.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to obtain necessary information.
  • Support the team in administrative tasks such as:

    • Scheduling and coordinating meetings with clients and audit team members.
    • Managing and tracking audit timelines and deliverables.
    • Filing and maintaining physical and electronic audit documents.
    • Preparing and distributing audit-related correspondence and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of auditing principles and financial statements.
  • Previous  work experience in audit or accounting is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take direction well.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop audit-related skills.

·       Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
