Associates / Senior Associates - Valuation

In Hong Kong, our Transaction Services team provides professional valuation advisory services to private companies, public interest entities, venture capital, private equities, other types of funds and government authorities.

We uphold the best valuation practices and have a proven valuation track record on supporting IPO, financial reporting, public documentation, merger & acquisition, and litigation & corporate financing. We are also one of the pioneers who have provided valuation and financial due diligence services for De-SPAC transactions in the US Market.

You will be joining this energetic team and report to the managers and conduct professional work under their guidance.

Responsibilities

• Preparing professional valuations on different types of assets and liabilities for various purposes such as financial reporting, transaction, litigation, financing;

• Providing second opinions and independent professional review on valuation reports prepared by third-party professionals;

• Providing valuation support to other services lines, such as audit, corporate finance, financial and operational due diligence, litigation support, corporate governance and ESG reporting.

   

Requirements

• 1-year+ hands-on experience in business valuation, intangible assets valuation and/or property valuations;

• Professional qualifications such as CFA Charter, FRM Charter, MRICS and MHKIS are preferred;

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin;

• Knowledge in data analysis and programming languages such as VBA, Python, R is a plus; and

• The final position offered will be commensurate with the experience of the candidate.
