What you'll be doing
- Lead a team of supervisors to manage front-line staff to perform the daily warehousing operations, in compliance of company operation procedures and OSH standards.
- Assist to plan, develop and implement WMS and other improvement projects to optimize the operation efficiency.
- Manage company 3PL business development.
- Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance to monitor and improve warehouse KPIs.
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in warehousing management.
- Good experience to manage warehouse operation improvement projects and 3PL business in meeting customer KPIs.
- Good knowledge in quality and environment management system (e.g. ISO 9001 and 14001) is an advantage.
- Sound communication, leadership and staff management skills.
- Competency in MS Office applications and WMS.
Working hours:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 - 18:00
Saturday: 9:00 - 12:00 (Alternative Saturday)
5.5 days per week
