We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in contract administration, cost monitoring, cost estimation, cost control and budgeting
• Maintain and update project correspondences for the purpose of interim payment, variations and final accounts
• Prepare payment and variation applications and handle contract claims
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Liaise with external and internal parties on contract issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience with exposure in E&M projects is preferred
• Detail-minded and self-motivated
• Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
