Assistant Property Manager

• Member of RICS/HKIS/CIH/HKIH/CABE
• Holder of PMP Tier 1 or Tier 2 Licence
• Public Holidays ︱ Medical & Dental Coverage

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of site management staff to provide efficient operations
• Prepare and monitor annual management budget and expenses
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure service quality
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Property Management or related discipline
• Member of RICS / HKIS / CIH / HKIH / CABE
• Holder of PMP Tier 1 or Tier 2 Licence
• 5 years of experience in property management or above with at least 2 years of which at supervisory level
• Experience in building renovation project preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing etc.
• Proficiency in Building Management Ordinance, DMC etc.
• Candidates with more relevant working experience and higher qualification would be considered for the post of Property Manager
