Responsibilities
- Teach, guide and engage young and adult (including elderly) students in STEAM courses to enlighten their interests and shape their minds in learning and applying tech and STEAM
- Develop curriculum, lesson plans and teaching notes independently
- Conduct teaching by Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Manage school projects and coordinate with school clients
- Develop marketing plan and content for STEAM projects
- Support daily operations and activities of the STEAM centre
- Provide administrative support
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Preferably with experience in STEAM education delivery
- Confident to teach in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Eager to learn new teaching curriculum and contents
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Fluency and confidence to present often complex and abstract concepts in STEAM in an easy-to-understand ways to students is a must
Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits and mandatory provident fund.
The appointments will normally be made on an initial contract for one year with the possibility of contract renewal subject to mutual agreement.
