Job Description

Are you passionate about engineering and looking to grow your career in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are seeking a Assistant Project Manager (E&M) to join our team and contribute to a diverse range of projects, including MVAC and other building services systems.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in reviewing designs, producing drawings, and managing site coordination and supervision.
  • Prepare method statements for installation works and monitor the progress of subcontractors’ installations.
  • Oversee the quality of site installation works, prepare and conduct site work inspections, and manage material receiving inspections.
  • Handle on-site cooperation and negotiation, including coordinating and communicating with owners, contractors, consultants, and construction units to resolve issues effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in building services projects, including MVAC systems.

  • Good communication and site management skills.
  • A registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade B is also preferred.

  • Proficient in Excel, and knowledge of AutoCAD is preferable.
  • Holding a Safety Supervisor Certificate is required.
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible, and hardworking.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
