Job Description

Assistant Operations Officer


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the GM on retail shop operation matters and handle day-to-day operation issues.
  • Communicate and work closely between the landlord, the retail shop, and the marketing team.
  • Provide wholesale support, including handling customers’ enquiries, quotations, sales orders, invoice-related issues, payment follow-up, and checking the VM in our wholesale location.
  • Prepare the sales reports, monitor, manage inventory levels, and assist with the annual inventory.
  • Office administration support and handling customer enquiries
  • Assist with the operation part of the Baby Expo (1 year 2 times)
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in a related discipline or equivalent
  • Over 2 years of retail operations is a must with administration experience
  • Good communication, problem-solving skills, and able to work independently in a small team
  • Strong organizational, self-motivated, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
  • Knowledge of the POS system
  • Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese typing, Strong in Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table…) is a must
  • Immediate availability is preferred
