Job Description

Handle the daily cleaning operation
Ensure the administration and support services are delivered in compliance with client’s policies and procedures
Handle clients’ enquiries, requests and complaints
Be able to manage frontline staff, identify improvement areas and provide professional cleaning knowledge and cleaning solutions to the client whenever possible
Coach and supervise the performance of in-house staff
Prepare various monthly and management reports and analysis
Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned
Excellent communication skill and ability to work with people at all levels
Customer-oriented and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
Good common of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Familiar with PC operations and MS Office
