Assistant Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Based on industry knowledge and analysis, gain insight into industry trends and user demands, and participate in spot product planning.

Continuously optimize listing strategies, promotion strategies, etc., based on internal and external data and user feedback.

Based on operational experience and market dynamics, optimize spot strategies to promote spot business growth. Applicants with in-depth project operation experience will be given priority;

Establish spot management specifications to improve business operation efficiency;

Participate in cross-department coordination and communication to coordinate and promote the normal operation of spot business.

Job Requirements:

Have in-depth understanding and methodological accumulation of spot operations. Applicants with spot growth experience will be given priority;

Able to handle pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong project management and promotion capabilities are required.

Familiar with overseas activity operations and understanding the rules of financial industry activities. Have a keen awareness of global trends and the ability to formulate corresponding activity plans or theme activities.

Demonstrate serious and responsible professional ethics, a results-oriented mentality, and have strong logical thinking, data analysis and communication skills, and be able to combine data to promote operational work.

Bachelor degree or above, English proficiency required as a working language. Financial-related work experience is preferred. Fluent mastery of other minor languages will be considered as an advantage and will be given priority consideration.
