Assistant Manager – Logistics Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project’s P&L, provide regular performance reports and analytical reports to clients and management team
• Supervise the daily warehouse operations of dispatching, receiving, sorting and inventory control.
• Monitor logistics process, ensure timely and accuracy of orders fulfillment to achieve KPIs of the warehouse
• Rationalize the layout and management of the warehouse, plan the storage space and methods of goods, and adjust the position
• Responsible for related warehouse reports and maintain accurate stock in/out records
• Handle ad hoc duties, continuous improvement as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in warehouse/distribution for 3PL, pharmaceutical, medical device, or cold chain logistics; experience with subcontractors is a plus
• Strong leadership, motivation, and problem-solving skills
• Effective space planning and team organization abilities
• Knowledge of fleet and subcontractor & inventory management
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
