Assistant Manager, IT Security

Our client is looking for a Manager / Assistant Managerto join their IT team. He/she should oversee the IT security projects management processes, monitor and ensure the external consultant / service provider services meet the SLA, and minimize the impact on the business of any incident or problem on the production systems.  

Job Duties:

Management of Security Projects

Project Manager Services (IT Infrastructure) (PMS-ITI)

Leading project planning and implementation of system, network, cloud infrastructure services

Managing project progress and adapting work as required

Ensuring projects meet deadlines

Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders

Preparing and updating project documents and services documents

Plan for project transition to on-going support (BAU)

Evaluating technology and products and provide evaluation reports

Participating in procurement process, e.g. prepare purchase request, prepare tender documents, conduct evaluation, and prepare purchasing recommendation

Managing project risk and designing risk mitigation plan

Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff

Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary

Providing technical support for the related services

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT, Computer Science or technology-related discipline; Alternatively, candidate with advantage experience will also be considered.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in the IT field, having solid experience in total solutions and delivering quality service.

Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, including vendors and operation team

Service-oriented, good problem-solving and communication skills

Professional-level business Chinese and English, both written and spoken

Immediate availability is an advantage
