Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis for the hospital, and identify training and development needs for various disciplines

  • Work closely with the key stakeholders to develop, deliver or source appropriate training and development programs for all disciplines using diverse instructional techniques and formats, including classroom sessions, e-learning modules, and workshops

  • Lead the development of e-learning platform, and provide training and support for IIPD colleagues and stakeholders in the development of e-learning programs

  • Support Manager in planning and coordinating all international and mainland co-joint training or exchange programs

  • Support Manager to drive training initiatives linked with staff movement and advancement, and provides career-linked programs for retaining talents

  • Responsible to obtain relevant accreditation for selective programs to enhance hospital’s reputation, attract external applications and generate revenue

  • Evaluate training programs’ effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback to measure learning outcomes and drive continuous improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Education, Healthcare or related disciplines from a recognized institution, preferably with a post-graduate Master in Health Services, Education, Training or related discipline

  • Proven work experience as a Trainer, Facilitator or similar role

  • Possess knowledge and experience of instructional design theory and practical implementation

  • Excellent planning and execution skills

  • Strong leadership, influencing and facilitation skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

  • Experience with setting up e-learning platforms is an advantage
