Job Responsibilities:

To explore new market opportunities, formulate training proposals and develop vocational training courses, including IT and non- IT courses

To develop course training materials
-
To assist in writing business / course / funding proposals
-
To assist in purchasing equipment / training facilities / tools for new programmes
-
To assist in applying course accreditation from external bodies
-
To set course schedules, book teaching venues and assign instructor for training courses
-
To assist in implementing quality assurance mechanism, such as class observation, course material revision, instructor registration and so on
-
To teach assigned IT subject(s) for training programmes / workshops when necessary
-
To assist the department manager in handling complaints, if any
-
To monitor the course information on the website
-
To attend the Admin Team meeting, course development / review related meetings, etc.
-
To undertake any ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in computer science, information technology or related discipline
-
Minimum 6 years working experience in education or training, of which at least 3 years’ supervisory / managerial experience and course development experience
-
Non-bachelor degree holder (but with IT related qualification) should have minimum 8 years relevant working experience, of which at least 3 years’ supervisory / managerial experience and course development experience
-
Having solid experience in developing vocational training courses is an advantage

Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and good IT skills

Independent, creative, flexible, considerate, polite
