Assistant Interior Designer/ Design Studio Assistant

Requirements:

• 2-5years experience in Residential & Commercial projects;
• Strong verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and vendors;
• Strong sense of responsibility, exceptional organizational skills, and the discipline to deliver projects on time;
• Demonstrated ability to approach tasks with proactive planning and resolve challenges efficiently;
• Proficient in AutoCAD,  SketchUp, Vray, Enscape, PS, AI, MS Office;
• Assist with project timelines, schedules, design proposal and tracking deliverables;
• Source materials and coordinate with suppliers for quotes, payments, and deliveries;
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items with clients, suppliers, and team members;
• Manage project accounts in Excel (budgets, expenses, supplier payments);
• Create and post engaging content on our social media once per week;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is required;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;

2D & 3D Draftman

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate holder in CAD / Technical drawing or related disciplines;
• Relevant drafting experience is highly preferred;
• Experience in residential & commercial projects is a plus;
• Capable of handling full set technical drawings is an advantage;
• Proficient in AutoCAD,  SketchUp, Vray, Enscape, PS, AI, MS Office;
• Good in communication and time management;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
