Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits
- Manage full cycle of recruitment process including job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, package proposing and on-board arrangement
- Assist in C&B functions including the calculation of monthly payroll, final payment, MPF, Taxation issues and HRIS inputs in a timely and accurate manner
- Support in benefits administration including medical, leave and attendance management
- Provide advice on labour relationship matters and assist in handling staff disciplinary issue
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as per required
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 2 - 3 years’ relevant experience in HR, preferably in F&B industry
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Details minded; Multi-tasking and capable to manage tight schedule
- Well knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Ordinances and HR practices
- Well knowledge of Microsoft applications specially in Excel
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
