Key Responsibilities
1. HR Operations and Employee Services

Support the HR team in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.

Oversee and maintain HR systems and employee data with accuracy and integrity, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with internal standards.
2. HR Policy, Compliance, and Reporting

Assist in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, procedures, and tools in alignment with company goals and statutory requirements.

Prepare, analyze, and maintain various HR reports and dashboards in a timely and accurate manner to support management decision-making.
3. Business Partnership and Regional Support

Provide professional HR advice and regional support to business leaders across Asia, ensuring alignment with local employment regulations and best HR practices.
4. People Development and Continuous Improvement

Coordinate and support training, employee engagement, and development programs to strengthen organizational capability and culture.

Lead or participate in HR initiatives and ad hoc projects focused on improving HR processes, employee experience, and overall operational effectiveness.
Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Minimum 5–8 years of solid HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial capacity.

Exposure to regional HR operations is preferred.

Sound knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices across Asia.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong sense of ownership with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems.

Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
