Assistant Human Resources Manager

• 5 days work week, 9:30-18:00
• All-Round HR
• 14AL, Bonus, Medical Coverage

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of human resources duties including recruitment, compensation and benefit, performance management, staff engagement.
• Handle monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner including payroll calculation, MPF and final payments for frontline staff etc.
• Conduct data analysis and prepare periodical reports including incentive and bonus program, benefits, and market data analysis for management review.
• Prepare annual tax returns, medical and insurance renewal.
• Prepare and consolidate HR reports timely & accurately.
• Provide support and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years solid working experience in a full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Independent and confident to work with regional teams.
• Able to work under pressure and tight timeline with strong multi-tasking skills and flexible.
• Hands-on experience in HRIS, HRone experience is an advantage.
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and other related regulations.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
