Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Create and arrange comprehensive promotion plans for websites to achieve business objectives
• Cooperate with Merchandising Team and brand partners to develop marketing and promotion strategies in line with business goals
• Liaise with different brands for promotion opportunities and follow up ad-hoc enquiries
• Prepare and handle Marketing Plan presentation to assigned brands
• Monitor shipment of assigned brands’ GWP items to meet the timeline of Promotion Plan
• Supervise promotion set up on websites, as well as monitor all marketing and promotion plan process to ensure promotions are planned and executed on schedule
• Manage Design Team to prepare promotion materials on timely manner
• Track the promotion performance and implement strategies to push sales and maximize company’s profit with marketing plan
• Conduct market research and monitor competitor’s promotion activities to initiate new promotion programs
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing team to deliver effective sales & marketing strategies
• Support and execute UX/ UI and SEO related development projects
• Perform and handle other ad hoc projects as assigned

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years or above working experience in eCommerce, preferably in beauty and fast-fashion industry
• Experience in Korean branded beauty products will be an advantage
• A passion for numbers and strong analytical skills to drive business/ marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendation
• Good communication and strong ability in planning and project management skills, as well as a can-do and positive attitude
• Well-organized, detailed minded, result oriented, strong problem-solving skills, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated, aggressive, able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
