Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Regular support to chartered planners, surveyors, architects and/or other related professionals;
  • Preparation of various applications in relation to town planning and/or lease matters;
  • Project coordination and case management;
  • Liaison with professional consultants and Government departments;
  • Day-to-day support of client-side project management for various projects;
  • Handle inspection, negotiate new lettings, rent reviews and renewals of existing tenancies, as well as related lease administration, rent collection and documentation;
  • Co-ordinate with property agents and external contractors for handling the takeover/handover of premises and fitting-out works; and
  • Co-ordinate and oversee building orders (including MBIS and MWIS), renovation projects, repair and maintenance works.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Urban Studies / Town Planning / Surveying / Urban Design / Geography / Property / Facilities Management / Hospitality / Real Estate or equivalent;
  • Fresh graduates and up to 3 years of working experience in Town Planning, Surveying, Leasing, Property Management or related field;
  • No relevant experience but willing to learn is also considered;
  • Good negotiation and communications skills;
  • Holder of Estate Agency License and/or Driving License preferred but not a must;
  • Familiar with the statutory planning system and lease matters in Hong Kong;
  • Good command of speaking and written English and Chinese languages;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrators, and other latest graphics design/presentation software;
  • Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills;
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently; and
  • Work in Admiralty.
