Job Description
We are seeking Assistant Customer Services Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
- Regular review with the client and cooperate with the operation team to achieve the KPI agreed with the client
- Coordinate with the departments concerned on related issues and fulfill the services requests of the client
- Handling customer’s inquiries, claims, complaints, quotations and overseas offices
- Work within SOP and quotations with overseas offices
- Achieve customer satisfaction and build relationships with customers
- Develops and implements customer service policies
- Manages and trains customer service officers
- Perform UAT testing
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
About You:
- Bachelors or above
- Minimum eight year's relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in 3PL or logistics field
- At least 4 years’ experience in leading & managing a team of CS
- Self-motivated, proactive team player and willing to learn and take challenge
- Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently under pressure and work in warehouses
- High proficiency in MS office applications
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
