Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Monitor building and renovation works of local residential / commercial property for owner
  • Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors
  • Supervise the contractors’ works to ensure that specifications, working procedures, work schedules, quality control and site safety are in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements
  • Handle enquiries and complaints regarding building works and defects
  • Organize, manage and administer all day-to-day technical matters
  • Responsible for report writing to facilitate valuation of building works


Job Requirements:


  • Higher Certificate or Diploma holder or above in Building Studies, Civil or Structural Engineering, Surveying, Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years solid site experience in fitting out, renovation, building and construction site works
  • Self-disciplined and able to work independently
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in PC skills and MS Office
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
