Assistant Building Surveyor

 Job Duties :

•  Assisting Team Head in all maintenance, A&A and renovation projects;
  

• Co-ordinate with various sub-consultants (E&M consultant, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, etc) to facilitate maintenance, A & A  and renovation works;
• Carry out feasibility studies and prepare contractual documentations for maintenance, A&A and renovation projects.

Requirements :

• Diploma or high diploma in Building Surveying /Building Studies/Civil Construction Management or equivalent;
• Having 1 years of working experience in related disciplines is preferred;
• Self-motivated, responsible and good communication skill;
• Attendance of meeting out of office hours may be required;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese;
• Good PC skill including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint plus Auto CAD;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
