Assistant Building Services Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• To coordinate with E&M and builder works activities on site.
• To monitor the works of E&M sub-contractors.
• To Liaise with Architect / E&M Engineer and Client’s Representatives.
• To assist Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year site E&M experience preferable in A&A works or fit-out projects will be an advantage.
• Good communication & presentation skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.
• Immediate available is preferred.
