Assistant Accountant / Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closing independently
• Prepare full set of monthly management accounts
• Prepare statutory financial statements and liaise with external auditors
• Analytical review on management reports to explain business performance
• Handle budgeting and forecasting
• Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required

Requirements:
 

• University degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or other related disciplines
• Member of recognized accounting bodies (HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent) is preferable
   
• 2 – 3 years relevant experience, preferably gained in listed companies 
• Experience in real estate or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
• Knowledge of IFRS / HKFRS
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Accountant
