Job Description
Responsibilities:
As an Architectural Assistant, you will be:
- Responsible for working and presentation drawings
- Assist in handling the concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documents and construction documents
- Assist in tender submission and contract administration
- Arrange client meetings and site visit
- Assist the Architectural team for ad hoc assignments
- Mainly work on minor work project
Requirements:
- Master Degree holder in Architecture Studies
- Having working experience after Master Degree preferred
- High achieving, reliable and results driven
- Resourceful, analytical, organized with an eye for detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop and other graphic presentation software
