AQS and Site Agent

Duties:

• Prepare tender costing
• Prepare variation of tender
• Prepare final accounts upon jobs completion
• Supervise the interior fit out work site activity
• Communication between our client and sub-contractor

Requirements:

• Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated and decisive
• Proficient with Micro soft project and AutoCAD Software
