AI/ML Engineering Manager (Speech & Language AI)

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and researchers working on Speech & Language AI. You will define architecture, manage AI pipelines, and ensure projects ship from prototype to production.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of AI engineers working on ASR/NLP-driven EdTech solutions.
• Architect scalable speech and language AI systems.
• Define roadmap, allocate resources, and oversee sprint execution.
• Collaborate with product managers and educators on feature design.
• Mentor engineers in ML best practices and research-to-production workflows.
  
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in management.
• Strong technical expertise in ASR/NLP and ML systems.
• Experience building scalable, production-grade AI systems.
• Familiarity with Agile practices and leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
