We are looking for high-caliber candidates to join our Medical Systems Division – Administration and Operations Departmentbased in Hong Kong.
Position: Administrator (Logistics Role)
Primary Purpose:
This position is responsible for providing the full spectrum of logistics, warehouse and procurement activities in the Division.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist in all logistics and delivery activities, including receiving incoming goods, checking for damage and discrepancies between goods and invoices. Accurately sort, label, and store products, arranging storage to optimize warehouse space. Pick, pack and dispatch outgoing goods, and update stock records in the designated database or other computerized system.
- Liaise with internal and external transport companies/departments to ensure timely incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Process import and export documentation within established deadlines, including packing, unpacking, checking, and verification.
- Ensure prompt and accurate declaration of permits, along with timely delivery and clearance of shipments.
- Investigate and address all non-conformance issues, recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in stock management and conduct regular stock checks.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, maintaining a clean and organized environment in accordance with 5S standards.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties and assignments as and when assigned.
Inherent Requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of solid experience in the logistics/warehouse sector, preferably within the medical industry; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Able to demonstrate a strong quality-first mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service
- Ability to promptly understand the business processes, medical terminology, and medical supplies
- Effective time management to ensure materials are available when needed
- Self-initiated, trustworthy, able to work independently with good interpersonal and effective communication with internal customers
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, experience with SAP is preferred
