Responsibilities

• Provide administration and clerical supports within office

• Handling documents filing and office inventory control etc.

• To perform reception duties, including answering incoming calls, handle meeting room bookings and courier delivery

• Ad hoc assignments


Requirements

• Associate Degree or above

• Minimum 2 years work experience

• Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua

• Good telephone manner, common sense and interpersonal skills

• Organised, self-motivated, hardworking, committed and with good communication skills

• Knowledge, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
