 Job Duties

  • Perform receptionist and office administrative duties
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Handle all phone calls, mails, couriers and packages
  • Responsible for making conference room reservations and maintaining conference facilities
  • Maintain tidiness of office and conference room area
  • Outgoing work is required when necessary
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Skills & Requirements

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 1 year of the relevant working experience
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
