Toby has been the largest online service marketplace in Hong Kong.  Over 700 services are 
provided through our matching platform. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Team. The ideal candidate will assist in various administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and excellent service.

Responsibilities:

  •    Manage inventory of office and pantry supplies, monitoring stock levels and ensuring timely reordering to avoid shortages.

  •    Assist in developing and implementing office procedures to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows.

  • Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of office technology and software applications to ensure smooth operations.

  •  Provide comprehensive administrative support to HR, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining organized records.

  • Manage ad-hoc projects and support other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or business related disciplines

  • 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience (Fresh graduates are welcomed)

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Strong skills in MS office applications, Chinese and English typing

  • Ability to work independently
