Job Description

Duties:

The appointee will be responsible for (i) providing clerical support for academic programs offered by the Department of Health Sciences; (ii) providing logistics support for organizing events, student activities and academic visits; (iii) providing frontline services and daily office operational support; and (iv) performing other tasks as assigned.

Appointment Criteria:

Applicants for the post of Administrative Assistant should have (i) achieved Level 2 or above in five subjects in the HKDSE, OR have obtained Grade E or above in five subjects in the HKCEE; (ii) computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word-processing, etc.; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (iv) good organizational and communication skills; and (v) 1 year’s relevant work experience.

*Immediate availability would be an advantage


*Those with lower qualifications may be considered for the post of Administrative Assistant II.
