Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Handle general office administration duties including office supplies ordering, maintenance arrangement
  •  Handle contract and insurance renewal and claims;
  •  Provide admin. support to internal departments and frontline shops.
  •  Submit regular reports as required
  •  Follow up the billing statement
  •  Ad hoc duties assigned by Management

Requirements:

 

  •  Diploma holder or above in any discipline
  •  2 years of relevant working experience in Administrative work would be an advantage
  •  Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  •  Good command of written and spoken Chinese
  •  Self-motivated, positive, Independent & detail-minded
  •  Immediate available is preferred
