Job Description
To assist Human Resources Department in handling daily clerical
duties and also maintain and control those information in proper
filing and distribution.
- Reconcile and update the leave records of staff into HR system.
- Handle general office administration duties.
- Ad-hoc assignments as appointed.
- Maintaining files and records
- Control and keep sufficient stock for office materials/consumable items.
- a highly motivated team member that is detail-oriented,
capable of working under pressure, and able to meet deadlines
- Good at MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
