Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report to Group Admin General Manager
  • Handle Full set of accounts, financial records for multi companies of the group.
  • Perform routine accounting functions including balance sheets, profit and loss statements (P&L), cash flow statements, etc.
  • Processing invoices, payments, and expenses.
  • Reconciling bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Collaborating with auditors, providing and preparing relevant information and management account.
  • Responsible for the preparation of various management reports, including: budget-actual analysis, sales reports, inventory reports, cash flow forecasts, etc.
  • Participate in daily office administrative support to ensure smooth office operation.
  • Maintaining stock of office supplies and placing orders when necessary.
  • Perform assigned ad hoc tasks

Qualification

    Degree / Higher Diploma holder or equivalent in Accountancy,

Languages & PC Skill

  • Good command of spoken English and Mandarin, written English and Chinese
  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing & Accounting system (Peachtree is preferred)

Work Experience

    5+ years admin and accounting experience

Ability

    Good attitude and personality, proactive, responsible, well organized, detail oriented, able to work independently and good interpersonal skills
