Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Functions:

  • Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, benefits, and statutory deductions
  • Respond to employee queries regarding salary and leave
  • Monitor roster planning of front line and assist preparation of statutory reports

Accounting Functions:

  • Prepare journal entries related to payroll, benefits and provisions
  • Assist in invoice processing related to HR.
  • Assist monthly reports and reconciliation tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Accounting or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in payroll or accounting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office software
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
  • Good communication and team collaboration skills
