Responsibilities:
- Attach to specific departments to assist in projects related to OTC process
- Data verification, validation and data input through cross-referencing to maintain database accuracy
- Handle enquiries related to invoicing and assist in other administration assignments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma / HKDSE / Form 5 or above with at least 1 year clerical experience
- Proficient in computer software applications, e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese/ English word processing is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese is required
- Embrace new challenges, able and willing to learn and adapt quickly in an agile and fast-paced environment
- Possess strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
